At ShelfSupportBrackets.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the terms below.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Custom or special order items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please:
Email us at support@shelfsupportbrackets.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Wait for our team to respond with return instructions and a return authorization (if applicable).
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Ship the item to the return address provided in our instructions.
- Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged product.
- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@shelfsupportbrackets.com.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damage or defect, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
- Non-Returnable Items

- Custom or special order items (unless defective or damaged)
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
